Ready, heat & eat
From the fridge
Remove the lid. Microwave on high for 2–3 minutes, stirring halfway. Make sure it's hot all the way through.
From frozen
Microwave on high for 5–6 minutes, stirring halfway, or thaw overnight in the fridge then heat for 2–3 minutes. Don't refreeze once thawed.
Our containers
BPA-free, microwave-safe and reusable. Not for the oven or stovetop.

No lock-in contracts or subscriptions. We rotate four menus, so there's always something new. Missed the cut-off? Call us on 0451 164 227. If we have stock we'll help, otherwise your order moves to the next week.
Cooked fresh by real chefs
Every meal is cooked by our kitchen team at 393 Victoria Street, Abbotsford, from the people behind Otao Kitchen cooking school. Our kitchen runs a food safety program on site, with every batch recorded from supplier to delivery.
Dietary needs covered
Every menu includes bland, low-salt versions of our mains and soups, plus gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian options. Full ingredients and allergens are on every label.

Thursday night (11:59pm) for next week's delivery.
Can I order for someone else?
Yes. Many orders are placed by family members or carers. Enter the delivery address of the person receiving the meals, and add any instructions in the notes.
How long do the meals last?
Up to 3 days in the fridge and up to 3 months in the freezer. The use-by date is printed on every label.
Can I use my funding?
Yes. CHSP clients in Wyndham and Maribyrnong can order through AVWA. Home Care Package and Support at Home clients can ask their case worker to contact us. Support at Home clients pay a contribution.
