If you get help at home through CHSP, Support at Home or the NDIS, your Meal Fresh meals may be funded. Choose your pathway below to see how it works. No funding? Order privately, no referral needed.
We cook and deliver CHSP meals in partnership with the Australian Vietnamese Women's Association.
Commonwealth Home Support Programme
CHSP helps older Australians with entry-level support to keep living at home. Eligible clients in our delivery area can receive Meal Fresh meals through AVWA, who manage the referral and your contribution.

Your funding covers part of each meal. Your provider confirms how much you pay.
Support at Home meal delivery
Support at Home started on 1 November 2025 and replaced Home Care Packages. If you had a package, you're now on Support at Home. Meals can be included in your plan, and you pay a contribution towards the food cost.

NDIS meal delivery
If your plan includes meal preparation and delivery supports, Meal Fresh meals may be covered. Our NDIS registration is in progress, so agency-managed plans can't use us yet. Self-managed and plan-managed participants can contact us to check.

No funding? Order directly
Anyone can order. Chef-cooked meals from our Abbotsford kitchen, delivered chilled to Brimbank, Wyndham and Maribyrnong. No contract or subscription. Order only the weeks you want.

Check your support
Know which program you're on: CHSP, Support at Home or NDIS. Your care partner or My Aged Care can tell you.
Ask for Meal Fresh
Tell your provider or coordinator you'd like Meal Fresh meals. Give them our number: 0451 164 227.
Choose your meals
Once it's set up, pick from the weekly menu. We deliver every Tuesday.
Questions
I had a Home Care Package. Can I still use it?
Home Care Packages moved to Support at Home on 1 November 2025. Your funding carried over. Ask your provider to include Meal Fresh meals in your Support at Home plan.
How much will I pay?
It depends on your program. Under Support at Home you pay a contribution towards the food. Your provider confirms the exact amount. Private order prices are on this week's menu.
Do I need a referral?
For CHSP, yes, through AVWA. For Support at Home and NDIS, your provider arranges it with us. Private orders need no referral.
Where do you deliver?
Brimbank, Wyndham and Maribyrnong council areas. Call 0451 164 227 if you're not sure.
Can a family member organise it for me?
Yes. Family members and case workers often set it up. Call us and we'll walk them through it.
